7. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit through the Service (such as food logs, symptom entries, or assessment responses) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Clinician Reports

If you generate a Clinician Report through the Service:

• The report is generated for your personal use only — you choose whether and how to share it with your healthcare provider
• GutWise Health does not transmit your report to any third party
• The report summarizes your self-reported data and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GutWise Health is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that dietary information will be suitable for your individual health needs
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GutWise Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
